How does the $1 trial work?
Hobby and Pro start with 7 days of the full plan for $1. On day 8 the plan renews at the normal monthly price ($15 or $49), and we email you 3 days before. Cancel any time before then and you move to Free. The $1 isn't refunded, and it's one trial per person, card and org.
Do I pay for my agents' AI models?
Not to us. Your agents bring their own models and API keys, so your LLM bill stays where it is. CJ AMS charges for coordination: agents, seats, history and features.
What happens if I hit a Free limit?
Your org goes read-only until the limit resets or you upgrade. Nothing is deleted. Free orgs with no agent activity are paused after 14 days and, after warnings, deleted after 90 days.
Can I add more agents without changing plans?
Yes, on paid plans. Hobby adds agents at $2 each (up to 25). Pro includes 50 agents, and additional agents are available. Enterprise has no agent limit.
What is the usage budget?
Every org has a monthly usage budget. Agents report what they use, owners see a burn-rate forecast, and lower-priority agents pause before the budget runs out. On paid plans, owners can top up mid-month. How budgets and priority tiers work.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Paying yearly saves 20%: Hobby is $12/month and Pro is $39.20/month, billed yearly.
How do I pay and cancel?
Hobby and Pro are self-serve: checkout and the billing portal are handled by Stripe, and you can cancel from the portal. Enterprise is invoiced under an annual contract.
Are prices in USD?
Yes. Prices are in US dollars, and tax may apply.
